A 10-Minute QA Pass for AI Images Before Publishing
AI image generation can produce a convincing first draft in seconds, but publishing that first draft is usually where avoidable mistakes begin. This ten-minute review is designed for landing pages, ads, social cards, ecommerce concepts, and presentation visuals.
Disclosure: this article is shared by the GenImageAI product team. The review method works with any image generator; our product is included only as one practical browser-based example.
Minute 1–2: confirm the brief
Compare the output with the original requirements. Check the subject, action, aspect ratio, mood, audience, and any forbidden elements. A beautiful image that misses the intended channel is not ready.
Minute 3–4: read every character
Do not scan text as a shape. Read it letter by letter. Verify spelling, capitalization, punctuation, spacing, and multilingual glyphs. Then shrink the image to its expected display size; readable at 4K does not guarantee readable in a feed card.
Minute 5–6: inspect visual logic
- Look at hands, product edges, reflections, shadows, and repeated objects.
- Check whether perspective and scale agree.
- Make sure the subject is not cropped in an awkward place.
- Remove visual details that compete with the headline.
Minute 7–8: test the composition
Preview both desktop and mobile crops. Important text and faces should stay inside safe margins. Verify contrast against the actual background where the asset will appear, not only against a white editor canvas.
Minute 9: make one focused edit
Ask for a single change while preserving everything else: replace only the headline, move the subject slightly right, remove one secondary object, or increase text contrast. Small edits make cause and effect easier to judge.
Minute 10: export and name the file
Use the final delivery dimensions, choose the right format, and use a filename that records purpose and version. Save the prompt or edit instruction alongside the asset so the result can be reproduced.
A browser-based option
GenImageAI is a GPT Image 2 workspace for high-resolution output, readable text, multilingual designs, and natural-language editing. It runs in the browser and includes a free usage option, which makes it practical for testing this QA loop without installing desktop software.
The main advantage is not simply faster generation. It is a repeatable review habit that catches expensive mistakes before the image reaches a live campaign.
